Rotation in a PDF is controlled by specific entries in the internal object tree: 1. Metadata Modification: We don't 're-render' the whole image (which would lose quality). Instead, we modify the `/Rotate` value in each page's dictionary (0, 90, 180, or 270 degrees). 2. Coordinate Normalization: Rotating a page also affects its coordinate system (UserUnit).
