Before you write
Some things get answered faster here than by email.
- Limits
- 100 MB per upload on the server tools, 10 MB on the three that use AI. AI questions are three a day without an account and five with a free one, counted on the calendar day rather than on your browser session, so closing the tab gives you nothing back.
- What happens to a file
- Nineteen of the thirty-five tools never send it anywhere, and the sixteen that do delete it within the hour. Nothing is kept afterwards, so there is nothing to ask us to delete.
- Reporting something broken
- Name the tool, say what you expected and what happened instead, and tell us the browser. If a specific document fails, its page count and rough size help more than the document itself, which we would rather you did not send.
- Privacy requests
- Pick “Privacy or my data” and say what you want: access, correction, deletion, portability, objection. We answer these first.
- How long
- Two working days, usually. A person reads every message. No queue number, no bot replying first.
